Group Fitness Training
Sculpt and tone your body in one of our our Group Fitness classes. This 45 or 60-minute class commands power, strength and agility. The classes range in interval training that will take you through a variety of exercises while moving to the beat of the music. Notice improvements in your muscle tone, posture, balance and strength. Choose from a class that suits your needs- upper body, lower body, bootcamp style, or kickboxing classes.
