Our Services

Personal Training
After meeting one-on-one with your trainer to set your fitness and nutrition goals, you will begin work on your customized fitness and wellness plan. Your certified personal trainer will help you add variety to your workout routine, while also helping you learn new exercises and proper form.

Group Fitness Instructors
Sculpt and tone your body in one of our our Group Fitness classes. This 45 or 60-minute class commands power, strength and agility. The classes range in interval training that will take you through a variety of exercises while moving to the beat of the music. Notice improvements in your muscle tone, posture, balance and strength. Choose from a class that suits your needs- upper body, lower body, bootcamp style, or kickboxing classes.

Customized Workout Plan
A customized workout plan written only for YOU. We take into account all the factors that are essential for your success such as training history, body type and composition, lifestyle, goals, and injuries/ limitations, to then create you a workout plan that will accelerate your results. A check-in following your customized workout plan is always included to make sure you are on the right track.
